Flaxton based artist Glenis Gray displays her solo exhibition The View from Here at Art on Yabba fine art gallery in Imbil during October.

Although based on “the landscape”, Glenis considers there to be a broader definition than the one we normally recognize and so includes the landscape of the human form with all its curves and undulations.

The View from Here provides a different perspective on landscape, and the artist’s repertoire of imagery, garnered over the years, has been used to great effect.
